Ok so the best laid plans of mice and men can get thrown completely to the wind when the a/c goes out. Factor in three young kids and two of them are heat sensitive and even omen taking goes flying right out the window. I'm hoping to get some DP writing in tomorrow durring my seven and a half hours home *completely* alone. What am I going to do with all of that time in an empty house? ;)
I"m going to start the daily omen back up tomorrow morning. And tomorrow I owe some offerings to those that were keeping an eye on us during the no a/c fiasco since a couple of kids could have gotten seriously sick. The older of the two is bouncing back pretty well and the littler one is going to take another full day or so to make a full recovery. But, it was very nice that as it would get unbearable that a storm would either rumble over us or close enough that we would get enough overhang from it to give us a break. Then the spontaneous appearance of the repair guy with the new a/c unit two days earlier then predicted. :)
I'm poor right now so hopefully the gods, spirits and ancestors won't frown on cheap (read boones) liqueur. LOL!
